This Privacy Policy explains how Book N Shine — including the SHINEE customer app, the Shine Partner business app, and this website — collects, uses, and protects your information. Book N Shine is operated by Woltrage, Bihar, India. By using any of our products, you agree to this policy.

From customers: your name, phone number, email, location (used to show beauty and wellness businesses near you), booking history, and profile photo.

From business partners: owner name, business name, address and GPS location, phone/WhatsApp number, business photos, services and prices, bank account or UPI details for payouts, and Aadhaar/PAN documents used for verification.

We also track referral codes and coin balances (Shine Coins and Discount Coins) linked to your account.

We use your information to create and manage bookings, show businesses to nearby customers, process payments, verify business partners before they go live, send booking alerts and notifications, and provide customer support.

We never sell your data. When you make a booking, we share only your name, the booked service, and the appointment time with the business you booked. We also share the minimum necessary information with our payment provider (Cashfree) to process payments, and with verification providers to verify business partners. Payments are processed by Cashfree — we do not store your card details.

Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to what is needed to run the service. Sensitive documents such as Aadhaar and PAN are used only for verification and kept private.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@shinee.in. We will respond to your request as quickly as we reasonably can.
