These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Book N Shine — the SHINEE customer app, the Shine Partner business app, and this website — operated by Woltrage, Bihar, India. By using any of our products, you agree to these terms.

Book N Shine connects customers with beauty and wellness businesses for online bookings. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or registering a business. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud, or abuse of the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make bookings, or register a business on Book N Shine.

For customers: a booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Cancellations must be made through the app.

For business partners: you must keep your services, prices, and photos accurate, honor every confirmed booking, and complete verification before going live. Commission applies as per your active plan. Subscription plans: 1 Month ₹399, 6 Months ₹1,999, 1 Year ₹3,991 — plan benefits start on launch day as shown in-app. Launch offers are subject to the limits stated in the offer.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure, for arriving on time for booked appointments, and for using the platform honestly.

Shine Coins and Discount Coins are promotional rewards with a discount value of ₹1 per coin. They can be used only on real bookings and discounts, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited in cases of fraud or abuse. Program terms may change at any time.

Book N Shine is a booking platform — services are delivered by independent businesses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woltrage is not liable for the quality of services provided by listed businesses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bihar, India.
